I’m very sad to learn of Marie’s passing. I tried several times to get in touch and it became increasingly difficult for her to see. At some point she stopped answering the phone, and I did not know who to call to get more information. She was a good friend of my mom’s, Madeleine Friedman, who passed in April of 2018. They were colleagues and my mom was incredibly inspired by the work Marie did with her students. She was also a special person to me, and I felt a heart connection with her. I am glad to know she has moved on; I know she will continue to do great work where she is now.
Sending my sincere and heartfelt condolences to her family, fur family, loved ones, and friends. 🙏🏽💖🕊️
