Mr Thompson and family, so sorry to hear about Ms Thompson. She was a precious, kind person.
I’ll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. ????
Sincerely, Carol (Dr Bhatts office)
We loved Pat and Bill as soon as we met them at First Baptist Loeb. They faithfully sat on the left near the front. Each Sunday we greeted them. I could see the bond of love between them. Pat is my friend Jeanette’s Mother-in law. Jeanette was in my wedding 45 years ago but we have been family friends even before that❤️.
I had the joy and honor to serve with Bro. Thompson and Mrs. Pat while at FBC Buffalo. A true lady. Wonderful and warm, and always welcoming. I grew to love both these fine people and learned a lot from their Christian examples. My prayers to Bro. Thompson and the boys. Heaven has gained a jewel. She will be missed but now she is at home.
We had the privilege of knowing Pat and Bill Thompson since the 1960’s. I (Lena) was in her Sunday School class at Fellowship Baptist in Cypress, TX. Our spiritual lives were changed forever under the Thompson’s leadership. I have precious memories of one summer Pat and I spent six weeks together at the Mexican Baptist Seminary in San Antonio taking a course in Spanish for Christian workers. Pat loved snow and we traveled to a friend’s cabin in Colorado one December for a memorable vacation together. Pat was a consistent prayer warrior and I am so grateful that she prayed daily for our family. I will miss hearing her laughter and seeing her beautiful smile.
We have been blessed by Bill and Pat coming into our lives. Pat was a kind, compassionate, caring, patient and righteous person (attributes necessary being Mrs Bill Thompson) who had the unique ability to accept everyone who came into her path as they were and not according to her expectations.
