Patricia Marie Bartz

May 11, 1949 - August 15, 2021

Patricia Marie Bartz, 72, of Lumberton, Texas died Sunday, August 15, 2021. She was born on May 11, 1949, in Beaumont, TX to Florence O’Hare and Raymond Robichau.

Survivors include her husband, Fred Bartz; Children: Regina Murphy and her husband, James; Richard Bartz and his wife, Zula; Dr. Roger Bartz and his wife, Misty; Grandchildren: Mason Gardner, Attorney at Law; Jacob Major, Ethan Murphy, Caden Murphy, Kyndall Bartz, Weston Bartz, and Joanne Bartz; Step- grandchildren: Britany Murphy, Kelsi Terry, Braden Terry, Alexis Samford, and Alyssa Samford; Great-grandchild: Luke Major; Siblings: Elizabeth “Bess” Perry, Raymond “Ray” Robichau, Phyllis English, Kenneth Robichau, Glenn Robichau, Gary Robichau, Linda Allen, Rodney Robichau, Eileen Bruno, Neal Robichau, and Stephanie Bresee; fifty-five nieces and nephews.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Jack Robichau.

Patricia was a faith-filled woman whose family meant everything to her. She was completely self-less and was the moral compass of her large family. She enjoyed long conversations filled with laughter with her children, grandchildren, siblings, and friends. She loved going deer hunting and bass fishing with her family. One of her favorite places to relax was at one of her brothers’ beach cabins with the wind in her face and a full moon shining on the water at night. Her favorite day of the week was Sunday because after Mass her children and grandchildren would always plan a gathering for games and a shared meal.

Private services for Mrs. Bartz are being held under the direction of Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont.

    Your compassion and love for others was remarkable. You had the ears, voice, and eyes of Mary. There is so no doubt you have a remarkable seat in Heaven.     Pat loved her life , All of her life.. Pat loved her family.
    But the one thing she loved more than anything, Pats love for God..????????????
    Pat raised her children in her Catholic faith.
    She attended Assumption Catholic school. .
    Assumption Catholic Church growing up.
    Pat would marry her love, Fred , 10/1971, and moved from Bmt, to Lumberton.
    Pat and her family attended iInfant Jesus Catholic Church in Lumberton. For the Rest of her life.
    Pat would take over , Assumption credit union, that our father started 53 years ago,
    Our dad created this credit union to help the catholic members, on small loans .
    Dad would pass away in 9/1971, our mother would carry on the tradition our father started until 2003,
    Pat would continue the tradition until 2021. She loved the tradition our parents started.
    Pat loved helping others. She taught Sunday school, CCD , an anything that would help children grow their moral In Catholic Education..
    So many of us will miss Pat Greatly.
    Thank you God for this creation of life we’ve called , St. Pat all of our life.
    Her wonderful husband, and their 3 children and family Are going to miss her tremendously.
    Her 12 brothers and sisters Loved her dearly.
    We will Miss her unbelievably.✝️????✝️
