Patricia Nell Ellis

April 25, 1931 - October 11, 2021

Patricia Nell “Pat” Fowler Ellis, 90 years of age, passed on Monday, October 11, 2021 at Holland Place in Nederland, Texas.

Pat was born April 25, 1931 in Nederland Texas to the late William R. Fowler and Nellie Fowler. She was the oldest of 2 children. She called Nederland home for 90 years, living in the house built by her grandparents.

Pat married her high school sweetheart, Billy, on June 10, 1951, her first and only love. She was a “stay at home” mom and loved spending time with her family. She was an avid reader of the Bible and created a 5th grade Bible Study that she taught in 5th grade Bible Class for over 20 years. Pat was a force of nature and funny. She stood for what she believed in, which is rare these days. You never had to wonder what she thought, she always had an opinion and shared it, whether you wanted to hear it or not. It will be too quiet on Luling Ave. now that she is gone.

Pat is survived by:
