Patricia "Paddi" Ann Dollinger Gilstrap

April 30, 1951 - May 18, 2021

Patricia Ann “Paddi” Gilstrap, age 70, formerly of Chatham, Louisiana passed away Tuesday, May 18, 2021. She was born on April 30,1951 to Lucille and Francis O. Dollinger of Beaumont, Texas. She was a graduate of Kelly High School in 1969.  

She enjoyed traveling just to take in the beauty of various states. She loved nothing more than her husband, kids, grandkids, and family, and would do anything for them at the drop of a hat. Her laugh was unmistakable and could light up the room no matter the situation.  She never met a stranger and could talk for hours. Her love was widespread and easily noticed. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered by all those who were blessed to know her. 

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Gilstrap of Chatham; sons; Andy McBeath and his wife, Kristi, of Beaumont; Chris McBeath and his wife, Blossom of Bradenton, Florida; Joel McBeath and his wife, Rikki, of Evadale; grandsons, Gavin Ewing, Avery, Kade, Kyler, & Kase McBeath; brother, Ken Dollinger and wife, Michelle, of Beaumont and son, Cam; niece Jaclyn Cansler and husband, Jason, of Beaumont and son Reid.  Along with numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, friends and loved ones left behind.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Lucille Dollinger and Francis O. Dollinger.

A gathering of Mrs. Gilstrap’s family and friends will be 2:00 p.m., with her memorial service to follow at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, May 23, 2021, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont.
