Randall “Randy” Vincent

May 20, 1952 - December 8, 2025

Randall “Randy” Lee Vincent, 73, of Nederland, Texas, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2025, surrounded by his loving family. Born on May 20, 1952, in Lake Charles, Louisiana, Randy grew into a man known for unwavering loyalty, steady integrity, and a servant’s heart that guided every chapter of his life.

Randy spent 38 devoted years working first as a boilermaker and later as a process operator. A hardworking and committed provider, he took pride in his craft and the relationships he built along the way. Though he excelled in his career, it was his family that defined him. His greatest joy was being a husband, father, PawPaw, brother, and uncle.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Sheryl Vincent, whose partnership and love were the foundation of his life. He leaves behind his daughters Tiffany Caywood and her husband Clint, Stephanie Vincent, and his son Lance Vincent and his husband Josh Hampson, each of whom he supported with unconditional love. Randy was a proud and doting PawPaw to his grandchildren, Braeden Caywood and Peyton Caywood, who brought endless joy and laughter into his world.

Randy is also survived by his brother A.J. Vincent and his wife Dianne, his sister Becky Terrell and her husband Kenny, numerous nieces, nephews, and cherished friends who will forever remember his kindness and steady presence.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Veda Vincent and Alee Vincent, his sister Brenda Guidry, and his brothers Donald Vincent, Gerald Vincent, Dale Vincent, and Michael Vincent.

Randy lived a life filled with simple joys and meaningful connections. He loved coaching little league baseball, where he shaped not only young athletes but young hearts. In retirement, he could often be found at the golf course—serving as a marshal, sharing tips with new golfers, and playing countless rounds with the same quiet enthusiasm that marked everything he did.

Whether helping a family member, assisting a friend, or lending a hand to a stranger, Randy was always ready to serve. His loyalty, dedication, and gentle spirit leave a legacy that will echo through the lives he touched.

Randy will be remembered for his warm smile, his willingness to help anyone in need, and the deep love he carried for his family. His presence will be profoundly missed, but his impact will continue to be felt for generations.

May he rest in peace, surrounded by the same love he shared so freely during his life.

Randy was a great neighbor to my dad. He kept to himself mostly, but the interactions I had with him were always very genuine and I could tell that he truly cared about his neighbors. He was an animal lover, and most of our conversations centered around our dogs. I’ll never forget watching him sneak treats through the fence to my German Shepherd (Cowboy). He was certainly a pure and duty driven spirit. Rest in Peace, Randy.
