Rebecca Lee Bailey
Rebecca Lee Bailey, 47, of Beaumont, died Tuesday, May 26, 2020. She was born on April 10, 1973, to Linda Sue Burford Bailey and Melvin Jackson Bailey, in Beaumont.
Survivors include her mother, Linda Bailey and father, Melvin Bailey, both of Beaumont; sister, Melinda Bailey Goodson and her husband, Jeff, of Sour Lake; sister-in-law, Lola Bailey Johnson of Lumberton; nephews, Alex Bergvall, Erik Bergvall, Cole Goodson, Bryce Bailey, and Colin Moore; niece, Lauren Stringer; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her brother, Bill Bailey; and grandparents, Murial and Newton Bailey and Willy and Verline Burford.
A gathering of Miss Bailey’s family and friends will be from 4:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m., Thursday, May 28, 2020, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. A graveside service will be at 10:00 a.m., Friday, May 29, 2020, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, 4955 Pine Street, Beaumont. Please observe social distancing guidelines.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Spindletop Center C.A.A.C., P.O. Box 3846, Beaumont, Texas 77704.

What a sad time this is, but I'm remembering all the joy Becky created by bringing friends and family together for Linda and Melvin and the whole Burford/Bailey clan.
