Richard Carrick

Richard Steward Carrick, 81, of Nederland, died Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas, Port Arthur. He was born July 7, 1941, in Ontario, Canada, to Emma Louise Housler and Thomas William Carrick.

Survivors include his nephews, Mark Kaulfus and wife, Jane; Paul Kaulfus; Dan Kaulfus; Chris Kaulfus and wife, Judy; and Scott Watkins and wife, Judi; grandnephews and niece, Clint Kaulfus; Jeremy Kaulfus and wife, Kristy; and Meagan Kaulfus Bolin and husband, Matt; great-grandnephew and niece, Dexter Kaulfus and Aria Kaulfus; and half-sister, Margaret Fitzgerald.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Butch Carrick; and sisters, Thomasina Watkins and Anna Kaulfus.

Mr. Carrick’s graveside service will be 2:00 p.m., Monday October 24, 2022, at Greenlawn Memorial Park, 3900 Twin City Highway, Groves, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 North 12^th Street, Nederland.
