Richard “Rusty” Ryall
Richard “Rusty” Ryall was born May 11, 1965, in Jasper, Texas. Rusty died peacefully on April 28, 2024, at Village Creek Rehabilitation Center in Lumberton, Texas. Rusty is preceded in death by his mother, Glenda Ryall Walker and his uncle, the Honorable Ronald Walker.
Rusty is survived by his cousin, Judge Layne Walker and his wife, Cynthia Walker, and their children: Courtney Duhon and her husband Dylan; Layne Walker Jr. and his wife, Cassandra; Kyle Walker and his wife, Shelby; and his cousins, Ted L. Walker, Rhonda Collier and Danny Walker; and uncle, Ted G. Walker and his wife, Mary Lou Walker; along with numerous other family that loved Rusty.
Rusty never met a stranger. Remembered for his “big heart”, there was not a more loving and caring person than Rusty Ryall. With a sincere love for the Lord, Rusty was strong in his faith and a true Christian. He spread happiness and joy to everyone he ever met. Rusty enjoyed hunting and fishing with his family and of course, the occasional “double meat, double cheeseburger with a classic coke.” Rusty showed, and more importantly taught, compassion to those in his life. Rusty will be remembered as the “gentle giant” and a man who had a true heart for people. He will forever be missed.

Just found out about Rusty passing, Truly loved him, prayers for the Walker family
Rusty was just one of the Walker family that we knew and loved. He was such a sweet guy and used to come to worship at Westgate Church of Christ with his late uncle Ron Walker. He and Ron are both missed.
Precious soul, loving heart, he will be missed.
Just so sorry. Rusty enjoyed life and was very loved by his family and friends.
