Robertalee Thibodeaux
Robertalee Thibodeaux, 73, of Winnie, died Monday, December 19, 2022. She was born March 24, 1949, in Liberty, to Lillene and Robert Smith.
Mrs. Thibodeaux loved following all East Chambers sporting events. She loved sewing, reading, and creating floral arrangements. She was an excellent cook. She also loved camping, but most of all, she loved spending time with her family.
Survivors include her husband of over fifty-four years, Kenneth Thibodeaux; sons, Kenneth W. Thibodeaux and wife, Darlene and Kyle Thibodeaux and wife, Courtney, all of Winnie; grandchildren, Dylan Thibodeaux and wife, Sierra; Kody Thibodeaux; Hunter Thibodeaux; Jaxon Thibodeaux; and Haley Hernandez and husband, Alex; great-grandchildren, Augustus Thibodeaux; Sage Hernandez; sister, Shirley Smith and husband, Russ; and numerous extended family members.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
A memorial service for Mrs. Thibodeaux will be from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Saturday, February 25, 2023, at the Mark Huddleston Community Building. Her cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie.
Memorial contributions in Mrs. Thibodeaux’s name may be made to East Chambers Athletic Booster Club, 1809 FM 1410 S, Winnie, Texas 77665.

Kenneth, Ken & Kyle (and family), I am so sorry for your loss. Roberta was an amazing woman who I had the honor of knowing for 46 years. After the tears have dried and the goodbyes have been said, all we have to hold onto are the happy memories that we’ve shared with our loved ones who have passed…..this is what keeps them alive in our hearts and in our minds, and they will continue to live on, through us. Roberta had the greatest sense of humor….had the best laugh. She will be greatly missed! I love you Roberta. . My condolences to the Thibodeaux family.

Every time we saw each other we would catch up on how things were going and on our families.
