Roger Alan Dean

Roger Alan Dean, 69, of Humble, died Monday, December 20, 2021.  He was born on May 21, 1952, in Lufkin, to Fern Brown Dean and Willard Dean.  Mr. Dean served his country in the United States Air Force.

Survivors include his wife, Barbara Langford Dean; sons, Bradley Dean and his wife, Tabitha, of Beaumont and Adraid Poole and his wife, Sara, of Lumberton; daughters, Christina King and her husband, Michael, of Lugoff, South Carolina and Courtney Dean and her husband, Nikita De La Rosa, of Cleveland; grandchildren, Aspen Humphrey, Maci Dean, Michaela King, Mayah King, Madelyn King, Michael King, IV, Damian Tenney, Bram Tenney, Jace De La Rosa, Mason Poole, Abby Poole, and Logan Poole; great-grandchild, Ronan Humphrey; brothers, Sam Dean and his wife, Martha, of Silsbee and Tim Dean and his wife, Karen, of Fort Worth; and sister, Saundra Dale and her husband, Roger, of Spartanburg, South Carolina.  He is preceded in death by his parents.

A gathering of Mr. Dean’s family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with his funeral service at 11:00 a.m., Monday, December 27, 2021, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  His interment will be 2:00 p.m., at Davis Cemetery, Colmesneil. Please observe social distancing guidelines.
