    Joan,

I am so sorry to hear about your mom’s passing. She was a fascinating woman. I enjoyed our visits whenever I would see her, especially at the tanning salon. I loved her accent. She was so proud of all her kids & she raised some good ones. I have great memories of my times with you & Roz, from Park Place.

I will keep all of you in my prayers!!

    With my most heartfelt sympathy,

    Diane

To all my Washenfelder family – I just found out about your lovely mom – She was everything a mother should be – she welcomed me into her life – always kind – always smiling – I was a bit of a tom boy – hanging out with Bob and Edward at the horse pasture – Rodeo day with Bob and Edward (they were unable to stay on the horse at Maxwell’s Rodeo Days here in Nederland it was good laugh – but on my wedding day – I was a lovely bride because Mrs. Washenfelder made my wedding dress – I have photos with my granddaughters in this dress taken when they were young – I have many wonderful memories of my Washenfelder family – I send my love to all – Susan Roberts Seymour
