Roxie was a special lady. I worked with her at Magnolia Place and she became a very special friend. Her humor kept me rolling and her wisdom helped me through troubled times !! Her love was so great. And I only met Butter once but she loved him beyond time. I expect her to be stirring the pot and keeping everyone on their toes when we meet again❤️❤️❤️❤️

My sister Gig, and I, were friends with Roxie when she first got to Nederland High. Lots of good memories with her..She was a sweet heart and never made an enemy. When my daughter, Julie, told me i couldnt believe it. I lost my sister a year ago so now they can continue the friendship in a much happier place. I am sorry for your loss and my prayers are with all of you.

Ms. Roxie was one of the most loving, caring, faithul, and faithfiiied women U have had the please of living. We bounded over the love we had for our residents at at the nursing home and we developed a sistership. We would talk for hours at night when Mr. Jeff was at work and my husband was out of town. Every conversation was literallyabout her love for Mr. Jeff and her love for children and grandchildren. We never ended a conversat6 with out saying I love you. My prayers are with her family , friends and others who were Blessed to have her in their lives. You will be truly missed, and We have another ANGEL watching over us.
