Royce leaves behind a loving family who will miss him dearly. He is survived by his devoted wife of 54 yeas, Judy Bertrand; his daughter, Diane Silver, and her husband, Mark; his son, Christopher Bertrand, and his wife, Chanthea; and his daughter, Holli Bertrand, all of Orange.
