Salomon Puente, 81, of Beaumont, died Wednesday, August 6, 2025. He was born on March 5, 1944, in Mexico, to Augustina Torres and Manuel Puente.
Survivors include his children, Sara Ibarra and her husband, Geraldo; Miriam Tran and her husband, Tran D.; Abraham Puente; Abizai Puente; Martha Ramirez and her husband, Apolonio; Abilgail Marin and her husband, Mario; Bernice Loza and her husband, Enrique; Debora Torres and her husband, Rigoberto; Neptali Puente and his wife, Sofia; Elizabeth Narvaez and her husband, Israel; and David Puente; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and six siblings.
He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Irma Yolanda Puente; five siblings; and two grandchildren.
A gathering of Mr. Puente’s family and friends will be from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m., Friday, August 8, 2025, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont. His funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 9, 2025, at Broussard’s, with his interment to follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park, Beaumont.
