Sherry Anne Harmsen, 75, of Hamshire, died September 2, 2021, at Riceland Hospital. She was born November 11, 1945, in Port Acres, to Verna LeBlanc Stansbury and Norris Stansbury. Sherry enjoyed the beach or anything water related, and her family.
She is survived by her husband, Derk Harmsen, Sr.; sons, Derk Harmsen, Jr. of Houston and Devin Harmsen of Deerpark; sisters, Sheila Branham, of Nederland and Susan Czerwiec of Orange.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
A private family committal for Mrs. Harmsen was handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie.
