Today makes a year that you have been gone. I miss our phone calls about the weather and about what we are going to eat for dinner, lol. I miss you telling me how proud you are of me and my kids and how good of a job I did raising them. I regret everyday that you didn’t get to meet Jason in person, You’ll never know how much it meant to him when I had you on speaker phone and he heard you say “I’ve never met him in person but I sure do love him for the way he loves you and your babies” it brought tears to his eyes. He said he’ll never ever forget that about you. I hope you had a wonderful birthday and Thanksgiving with all your family in Heaven and I’ll know this will be a wonderful Christmas for you. I love you and miss you with all my heart. I love you Uncle Spence, thank you for always loving me and being there for me. Love, Lisa

Our Condolences to the family of Spence. He was a gentle man, a man of few words. Roland worked with him for years. Sending Love & Prayers to all of his family.

Dear Spence, i loved u like a brother. We grew up together in a world that welcomed us with open arms to be ourselves. In a small town only a few miles from each other.. You were just like family..just like your passing has taken a piece of my heart.

Words cannot express how much I miss you and our conversations. Every time the weather is about to change from warm to cold from a cold front, you would let me know it was coming and how cold ya'll already were. (Don't worry baby it's coming, because I always complained of it being hot) It's about time now to put up our hummingbird feeders, (you always got me hummers than me, lol)!! I miss being able to ask you questions about our family. When I went to your funeral Aunt Gloria gave me a bag of pictures of our family. There's one of granny's mom and dad. I've never seen that picture or if I did, I don't remember. I caught myself wanting to call you and ask you all kind of questions, that I know you would have loved to answer. I MISS YOU SOOOO MUCH! It's 19 degrees in Winnie today and your low is going to be 14 degrees!! I know you already know this, but I just wanted to tell you. I got to meet Mr. Donald at your funeral (I'm sure I met him when I was younger, maybe I just don't remember) He loved you sooo much. I really enjoyed talking to him. I've asked Chrystal to get me his address, I''d like to mail him a card. Anyway, I was just missing you extra today and wanted to talk to you. Thank you for always making me feel loved and wanted. I love you so much and miss you too. I know heaven is really enjoying you!!! Kiss and hug my precious granny. Love, your favorite, l0l, Lisa
