Starlee Ann Patterson
Starlee Ann Patterson, 74, of Beaumont, passed away comfortably Saturday October 30, 2021. She was born December 25, 1947, in Shreveport, Louisiana, to Mary Ellen Sears and Leon Sears.
Starlee was an exceptional person, she was definitely loved by all. She enjoyed serving in her community. May it be the Pilot Club of Beaumont, or volunteering at her granddaughter’s school, at Legacy Christian academy. In her Realtor days, she was a sister to every Realtor in town. Her selfless creativity always shined through— filled with never ending ideas and a keen artistic eye. She will be incredibly forever missed and loved by all.
She is survived by her husband of forty-nine years, Pat Patterson of Beaumont; daughter, Dusty Brammer of Beaumont; brother, Irel Sears and his wife, Carolyn, of Metairie, Louisiana; her grandchildren, Andie Elaine Brammer and Charlie Faith Brammer, of Beaumont; nieces, Kristin McNeely, and her two children, Peyton and Chandler; Shannon Ponthier, and her husband Graig, and their children, Layne and Grayson; Kaitlyn; and Rylan; and sister-in-law, Elena Patterson Massey and her husband, James Vernon Massey.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Lee Heidman; and her father, Leon Sears.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 225 North Michigan Avenue, Floor 17, Chicago Illinois, 60601.
Starlee’s memorial service will begin at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 3, 2021, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.

She was a very nice lady,an a very good teacher she taught my children how to swim. She will be miss in bmt.so so sorry.
My prayers go out to Starlees family, I met her through her sister Lee. I know she will be missed by all who knew and loved her, especially her granddaughter’s.

I have lost a treasured friend. Starlee’s salon was one of my very favorite places because she herself gave it a real “Steel Magnolias” feel. One of my favorite memories of her was the year she made puppets to put on an Easter production for her church and asked me to write the script for it. We had so much fun developing those characters and then had the biggest laugh together when her pastor at the Methodist church asked her to edit it because it sounded a little too Baptist. (which I am). She did and it was beautiful for the children. My love and prayers are with Pat, Dusty and her girls.
I had the pleasure of working with Starlee in 1987. She made the atmosphere fun and she was so kind. My condolences to her family.
