Stephanie Ann Burgin

Stephanie Ann Burgin, 47 of Kountze, died Wednesday, January 26, 2022.  She was born on July 5, 1974, in Lufkin, to Pamela Denby Burgin and Ronald Edward Burgin.

Survivors include her father, Ron Burgin of Kountze; children, Dyllon Barge, his wife, Katherine, of LaBelle and Chase Barge, his wife, Emma, of Groves; grandchildren, Aiden Barge, Jackson Barge, and Lilah Barge; siblings, Gena Carter, her husband, Shawn, of Kountze; Jason Crunk of Jacksonville; and Marleisha Jacob of Austin; nephews, Austin Carter and Hunter Carter, both of Kountze; great-nephew, Asher Carter.  She is preceded in death by her mother.

A gathering of Stephanie’s family and friends will begin at 12:00 p.m., with her funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 2, 2022, at First Baptist Church, 100 West Monroe, Kountze, under the direction of Broussard’s, Silsbee.  Her interment will follow at Old Hardin Cemetery, Kountze.  Please observe social distancing guidelines.
