Stephany Varie Whisenhunt
Stephany Varie Whisenhunt, 59, of Jasper died Sunday, May 18, 2025. She was born on February 12, 1966, in Harris County, to Earlene Overstreet Wakefield and Henry Wakefield.
Survivors include her husband, Thomas Whisenhunt; children, Clinton Pitts and his wife, Candace, of Nederland; and Jessica Pitts of Groves; stepchildren; Tommy Whisenhunt, Jr.; and Blake Whisenhunt and his wife, Christy; grandchild, Carrigan Holmes; sisters, Terri Davis and her husband, Steven; and Penny Wakefield; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Earlene and Henry Wakefield.
A gathering of Mrs. Whisenhunt’s family and friends will begin at 4:30 p.m. with her memorial service at 6:00 p.m., Friday, May 23, 2025, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. Her cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.

I am so sorry to hear about Stephany. We went to PNG together. She was so sweet. 😢 Sending prayers and my condolences. I am unable to attend Friday, but you are all in my prayers.
