Steve, I’m gutted you left us. But I’m happy you are not suffering anymore. You made the music for my wedding to Bob and you took my dads place walking me down the isle, giving me away. We took a cross country road trip and saw some amazing things. You were a good friend and roommate back in the day. Bob and I were just talking about you a couple of nights ago when our neighbor was sitting outside playing his guitar and singing. I have good memories of you my friend. I will see you again…

Steve was a fine gentleman. His presence was calming, and kindness was remarkable. Fly fishing was a singular passion, and he could actually make fly tying interesting, with stories of the timing of the hatch cycle of certain bugs in a certain creek. Once you go to a spot and turn over some rocks to see what's hatching so you can predict what kind of fly is going to be on the menu in the next few days, the design and tying of that fly becomes pretty interesting. Steve taught me that. I pray that friends and family have peace in their hearts and fond memories of Steve. God bless you all.

Steve was a great co worker and I am so sorry he has left us so soon. God be with Steve and his family.
