Worked with Teddy at Deer Park for UTTco pipeline. Great guy to be around. Always smiling and telling stories. I learned two phrases from working around Teddy that this city boy had never heard. “Shoot low Sheriff, he’s riding a Shetland” and “ It’s hotter than a pot of collards”. Your smile and good nature will be missed my friend.
