Teresa “Boo” Taylor, 51, of Beaumont, died Saturday, January 18, 2020, at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas, Port Arthur. She was born on October 16, 1968, to Cora Clubb Taylor and William “Bill” David Taylor, in Beaumont.

Survivors include her husband, Marcus “Marty” Young, of LaBelle; father, Bill Taylor, of Hamshire; daughter, Kaylee Sims, of Hamshire; son, Dustin Taylor and his partner, Brandon, of Hurst; brother, Willie Taylor, of Hamshire; cousin/sister by choice, Wendy Clubb and her wife, Ruth Mossiah, of Ennis; and her fur babies, Stormie and Baby.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Cora Estelle Taylor and the father of her children, Lani Sims.

She will always be remembered for her love of animals, quick wit, and fiery personality. Often the life of the party and one of a kind, she will be sorely missed but never forgotten. 

A gathering of Mrs. Taylor’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 22, 2020, at Broussard’s, 2000 McFaddin Avenue, Beaumont.Her funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Thursday, January 23, 2020, at Broussard’s with her interment to follow at Broussard Cemetery, Fannett.
