Thelma Jeanne Roddy

Thelma Jeanne Roddy, 70, of Lumberton, died Monday, January 3, 2021.  She was born on September 22, 1951, in Lufkin, to Inez Huggins Summerlot and Bill Summerlot.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Roddy; children, Kathirene Oliver and her husband, Jeremiah, of Kountze and Latsha Hedrick and her husband, Marvin Morgan, of Lumberton; grandchildren, Joseph Marsh, Jonathan Marsh, and Gemma Oliver; great-grandchildren, Jaxson Marsh and Axle Marsh; siblings, Ronnie Summerlot of Florida, Jan Rodriguez of Mississippi, and Ray Gentry and his wife, Carol, of Florida; and numerous nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her parents.

Mrs. Roddy’s committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.
