Theodore Alan Freeman

Theodore Alan Freeman, 71, of Sour Lake, died Monday, October 11, 2021, at Mid-Jefferson Extended Care Hospital, Beaumont. He was born on August 1, 1950, to Betty and Otis Theodore Freeman, in Austin.

Survivors include his wife, Charlene Freeman; son, John Alan Freeman and his wife, Monica, of McAllen; daughter, Alicia Freeman; sons, Theodore Allen Freeman, Jr., both of Murfreesboro, Tennessee and Steven Turner and his wife Kim; daughter, Rachal May;  sisters, Barbara Rayon of Liberty and Joy Freeman and her husband, William Rayon, of Devers; brothers, Daryl Freeman of Devers and Kevin Freeman, of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; grandchildren, Ariana Kirkendall, Amari Martir, Kassandra Freeman, John Freeman, Jr., William Freeman, Kaela, Alex, Claire, and Aaron; and two great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, Preston Freeman, Eric Freeman, and Max Freeman.

A gathering of Mr. Freeman’s family and friends will be from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m., Saturday, October 16, 2021, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His cremation arrangements will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.
