Thomas Darryl Frugia

November 26, 1946 - September 1, 2022

Thomas Darryl Frugia, 75, of Winnie, died Thursday, September 1, 2022, at The Medical Center of Southeast Texas. He was born November 26, 1946, in Beaumont, to Margery and Ezeb Frugia.

Thomas retired from Goodyear as an operator after over thirty-one years of service. He was an Army veteran of Vietnam and a member of Redeemer Lutheran. He enjoyed sports, fishing, and spending time with his family. He will be remembered as a loving husband, father, and Grampy.

Survivors include his wife of fifty-three years, Theresa Frugia, of Winnie; sons, Shannon Frugia and wife, Christy, of Beaumont; Jason Frugia and wife, Shannon, of Beaumont; Todd Frugia and wife, Marrakesh, of Chicago; grandchildren, Micah Frugia; Jonah Frugia and wife, Kelbi; Sophia Frugia; Ezeb Frugia; Hailee Easterling and husband, Adam; Kelly Bergeron and Mattie Bergeron; great-grandchildren, Maesyn and Silas Frugia and Oakley Easterling; brothers, Rodger Frugia and partner, Gale, of Winnie; Guy Frugia and wife, Marie, of Carlton, Oregon; Dicky Frugia and wife, Ann, of Winnie; brother-in-law, Edmond Simon, of Beaumont; and numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and sister, Gwen Simon.

A gathering of Mr. Frugia’s family and friends will begin at 10:00 a.m., with his memorial service at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, September 10, 2022, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. His committal to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.
