Thomas Paul Zak, 69, of Nederland, died Monday, July 18, 2022. He was born August 15, 1952, in New Eagle, Pennsylvania, to Helen and Isadore Zak.
Survivors include his wife, Felicia Zak; sons, Jay Zak and Justin Zak and wife, Holly; sister, Pamela Zak; brother, Joseph Zak; and grandchildren, Harper Zak, Harlow Zak, and Braylin Zak.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
A gathering of Mr. Zak’s family and friends will be 9:30 a.m., with his funeral service at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, July 27, 2022, at Freedom Christian Fellowship, 1413 Port Neches Avenue, Port Neches. His interment to follow at Oak Bluff Memorial Park, Port Neches, under the direction of Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland.

Oh Felicia, what a loss to all on our street! Thom waved ‘hello’ every time we either passed your home or when seeing him around town. My sons grew up watching Mr Zak working outside, whenever we visited their GrandDad & Grammy. Thom made a wonderful impression when recognizing the guys with his friendly wave. Please know we, as well as many others, are praying for you, your boys and their families. You are dearly loved!
