Tyler Lee Scott, 25, of Sour Lake, died Sunday, May 2, 2021. He was born on August 15, 1995, to Susan Rena Engleman and Clifford Wayne Scott, in Beaumont.

Survivors include his sons, Braydon Scott, Dustin Scott, and Tyson Scott; and he raised Rylie, Kayson, and Kassidy Kettery as his own; Bridgett Killip-the mother of Braydon and Dustin; Leslie Davis-the mother of Tyson; parents, Susan and Wayne Scott; brother, Randall Scott; sister, Chelsea Scott; maternal grandfather, Jimmy “PawPaw” Engleman, Sr.; and paternal grandmother, Charlotte Craven and her husband, Chuck.

He is preceded in death by his brother, Dustin Charles Scott; maternal grandmother, Patricia Engleman; and paternal grandfather, Tommy Scott.

A gathering of Tyler’s family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Saturday, May 8, 2021, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. His funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, May 9, 2021, at Pine Ridge Baptist Church, 13440 FM 421, Kountze. His interment will follow at Pine Ridge Cemetery, Kountze.
