Victoria Roberts Harris
Victoria Roberts Harris, 80, of Port Arthur, died Saturday, December 9, 2023, at Bonnie Vie, Port Arthur. She was born December 19, 1942, in Monroe, Louisiana, to Pearline Mae King Besch and Albert Woodrow Roberts. Victoria was a member of Grace and Truth Gospel Tabernacle for fifty-seven years. She was a manager for Lisotta’s and Park Central Self Storage for thirty years.
Victoria is survived by her sons, Edwin Harris, Jr., and his wife, Donna; Ronald Harris and his wife, Julie; and Daniel Harris and his wife, Jennifer, all of Lumberton; Timothy Harris of Nederland; daughter, Lisa Harris-Miller and her husband, Billie, of Port Arthur; grandchildren, Brandon Harris of Lumberton; Whit Harris and his wife, Whitney; Craig Harris and his wife, Salena, of Nederland; Gabriel Harris of Phoenix, Arizona; Summer Hudson and her husband, Jonathan Hudson, of Albion Park Rail NSW, Australia; Abi Freeman and her husband, Robert, from DeFuniak Springs, Florida; and Shane Harris, from Lumberton; step-grandchildren, Damien Miller and Kyle Miller; twelve great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Pearline Mae King Besch and Albert Woodrow Roberts; husband, Edwin Harris, Sr.; and brother, J.C. Roberts.
A gathering of Mrs. Harris’ family and friends will begin at 11:30 a.m., with her funeral service at 1:00 p.m., Sunday, December 17, 2023, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her interment will follow at Haven of Rest, Beaumont.
