Vikie A. LeBlanc
Vikie A. LeBlanc, 71, passed away on March 30, 2025, in Beaumont, after a lengthy battle with cancer. She was surrounded by her loving family.
Vikie is survived by her devoted husband, Johnnie LeBlanc; her children, Paul Peddy (wife Jo Peddy), Kristi Flournoy (husband Charles Flournoy III), and Brandi Pinczuk (husband Steve Pinczuk). She also leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Victoria Paige Flournoy, Chase Peddy, Hilton Flournoy, Lincoln Pinczuk, and Jackson Pinczuk, and many loving nieces and nephews.
She is also survived by her siblings, Judge Sonya Heath, Edwin Peddy, and Jaunita Peddy. She was preceded in death by her parents, James H. Peddy, Sr. and Dorothy Jean Burns, as well as her brothers, Jack O’Day Peddy and James Hamilton Peddy, Jr.
Vikie was born on July 31, 1953, in Beaumont, Texas. She attended South Park High School in Beaumont and carried a lifelong love for learning, constantly educating herself through her passion for reading.
In 1997, Vikie married Johnnie LeBlanc, who became not only a devoted husband but also a loving stepfather to her three children. They were introduced by a mutual friend one afternoon at a local “watering hole” after they both got off work from their respective jobs. Soon after, Vikie met the LeBlanc family and fell in love with his parents and family life. Their marriage was built on deep love and companionship. Together, they created a home filled with warmth, laughter, and lasting memories.
Vikie, or “Grammy” as she was known by her grandchildren, found joy in the simple pleasures of life—reading, solving crossword puzzles, and spending time with her family, friends, and grandchildren. She had a vibrant spirit and was always the life of the party, bringing laughter and energy wherever she went.
A gathering of Mrs. LeBlanc’s family and friends will be from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 3, 3025, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Friday, April 4, 2025, at Broussard’s, with her interment to follow at Landrum Cemetery, Fannett.
Vikie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends forever.

I was her niece, anytime I look at the sky
I think of her. I will miss her so much. She was a very good person. I will always never forget our moments.like one time we had went on. A beach trip it was so much fun sadly I was still a baby heh. We love you! And always will.
Vicky was our sister in law and she gave us two wonderful nieces. We enjoyed many years together, having shared many great memories. Time and distance separated us but she was always in our hearts. May God bless her and grant her a home with him. Rest in peace.
Vickie was my step daughter. I loved her like my own children. She was a very beautiful , loving & carding women. She will be missed by the ones she left behind. Now she is not hurting and she is happy. I am praying for all her family and friends. We will see her someday in Heaven
Vickie was more than a sister-in-law, she was a cherished loving sister to me! All of the Leblanc family loved her very much! I will cherish all of the good times that we shared. Beach trips, camping, and just spending time together. Our hearts are broken but she is in a much better place. Love you forever. Renee & Bubba and the kids.
