Virginia Bertrand

Virginia Lou “Ginger” Biscamp Bertrand, 82, of Winnie, is now walking with Jesus, August 26, 2022. She was born October 8, 1939, in Kirbyville, to Eunice Lynch Biscamp and Lewis Walker Biscamp.

She is survived by her husband, Sidney Bertrand; children, Rusty Bertrand and wife, Brenda; James Bertrand and wife, Renee; Louise Bertrand; and Theo Bertrand and wife, Stacey, all of Winnie; grandchildren, Blake Bertrand and wife, Zia; Tyson Bertrand and wife, Krissy; Sara Runnels and husband, Sean; Taylor Bertrand and wife, Autumn; Jamie Bertrand; Madalyn Rohr and husband, Jordan; Amy Bertrand; and Lindsey Bertrand; great-grandchildren, Valerie; Sidney; Elizabeth; Alex; Jaxon; Emma; Cooper; Sterling; and Zelan; and brother, Dean Biscamp and wife, Donna.

She is preceded in death by her parents; grandson, David Bertrand; brothers, Dale and Gene Biscamp; and sister, Betsy Satterwhite.

A gathering of Mrs. Bertrand’s family and friends will be 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, August 29, 2022, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. Her funeral service will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, August 30, 2022, at First Baptist Church, 120 East Pear Avenue, Winnie, with her interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.
