Virginia L. Fuller

July 6, 1938 - September 2, 2025

Virginia L. Fuller, 87, of Lumberton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at Harbor Hospice, Beaumont with her daughter, Tricia, beside her.

Virginia was born on July 6, 1938, to Mr. and Mrs. Peter Julius & Carrie LaVerne (Castleshouldt) Kuehn Sr. in Tomball, Texas. She married Glen Fuller in November of 1957, and then had her three beautiful children.

Virginia loved the Lord and attended prayer groups with some of her closest friends throughout her life. She enjoyed photographing different flowers, plants and butterflies alongside her husband, and even won awards on some of her photos. Her favorite pastime was reading, with her favorite author being Louis L’Amour. Virginia loved nature, to the point of even having a full garden in her backyard with purple hull peas, cucumbers, strawberries and more. She loved sitting on her porch swing and watching countless birds, and squirrels, eat out of the bird feeders. She loved country music, with her favorite singer being Gene Autry. Virginia had quite the sweet tooth, loving sweet tea, homemade sugar cookies (the family recipe), Dr. Pepper, and of course Blue Bell ice cream. The most important part of her life, however, was her family. She loved her three children with her whole heart and poured even more of that love into her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her greatest joy was getting to watch them grow up and be a part of their lives.

Survivors include her daughters, Nancy Ann Swanson and her husband, Frank, of Illinois, and Patricia Villarreal and her husband, Mario, of Beaumont; sister, Judy Williams of Oklahoma; brother, Allen Kuehn Sr. and his wife, Kelly, of Tomball; grandchildren, Shane Becker, Chance Swanson and his wife, Valerie, Joseph Villarreal and his wife, Nicole, Enrique Villarreal and his wife, Hillary, Angelica Villarreal, Thomas Fuller and his wife, Brandi, Kay Dickerson and her husband, Jerrod; and great-grandchildren, Addison, Collin, Aspen Lily, Piper, May, Callahan, L.T., Lincoln, and Hanson.
