Wanda Duhon Robichaux

Wanda Duhon Robichaux, 72, of Winnie, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, surrounded by her family. She was born on November 29, 1949, in Winnie, Texas, to Mary Alice Duhon and Joseph Farnes Duhon.

Survivors include her fiancé, Billy Braneff; children, Alissa Blount and husband, Blayne of Victoria and Brady Breaux and wife, Kim of Tampa, Florida; step-daughter, Lisa Robichaux Jones and husband, Baron; grandchildren, Calli Wilson and husband, Justin; Chloe Blount; Tyler Breaux and wife, Macy; Keely Breaux; Camryn Jones; and Cassie Jones; great-grandchildren, Tucker Wilcox and Hudson Breaux; siblings, Barbara Burrell; Wayde Duhon; Keith Duhon and wife, Cheri; and many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, James Robichaux, Sr.; and brother-in-law, John Obe Burrell.

A gathering of Mrs. Robichaux’s family and friends will begin at 12:00 p.m., with a Rosary recited at 1:30 p.m., and her funeral service at 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 31, 2022, at Broussard’s, 134 West Buccaneer Drive, Winnie. Her interment to follow at Fairview Cemetery, Winnie.

    Wanda is my cousin who I thought was so beautiful and kind. She was older but would always spend time with me. As children we were always at her Mom and Dad’s house practically every weekend.
