My Uncle Wayne was a great man! He had a giving and understanding heart and an inflated funny bone. He was the head of his beautiful family, even though he had to look up at Aunt Joan. You can take this to the bank, He is the Lords gardener I’m sure! That green thumb of his turned out some beautiful yards.

I am deeply saddened by this. Wayne was one of the finest men I ever met, I always enjoyed our conversation and his infectious smile. It was a pleasure to work with him in the Tax Office. He was the epitome of a true public servant. I was fortunate to have known him. My thoughts and prayers are with Joan, Joanie and the rest of the family.
