Minnette was such a nice lady. She welcomed me into the family with open arms. May she rest in peace.

Willie and Minnette were both such wonderful people and friends. As one of Willie’s band kids She always made me welcome in their homes, both in Nederland, and many years later in the country. A drop in visit was never an imposition. I regret now not having kept in touch after Willie passed. She was a wonderful lady. My thoughts and prayers to the family.

Minette was greatly loved by my parents and sister. She and billy and Susan spent many weekends at our family home in Nederland and although I was 10 years younger, always loved her. I lost touch with them when I went to medical school and the military but always remember them as the quintessential teenage couple when I was 10. God bless you Minette.
