Philip Ryan Lewis, 48, of Kountze, died Saturday, February 6, 2021. He was born on October 20, 1972 to Dorothy Nell Peek and Warren V. Lewis in Beaumont.

Survivors include his daughter, Alexandria “Alex” Lewis and her wife, Brianna, of Beaumont; son, Eaven Lewis, of Vidor; sister, Sheila Palmer and her husband, Todd, of Santa Fe, Texas; brother, Michael Lewis, of Albuquerque, New Mexico; grandchild, Jax Lewis, of Vidor; niece, Kassandra Aiena and her husband, Leon; and great-niece, Alyssa Lundmark, all of Talladega, Alabama.

A gathering of Mr. Lewis’ family and friends will be from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Cremation arrangements will be through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.

Memorial contributions may be made to JDRF to end type 1 diabetes, 200 Vesey Street, 28th Floor, New York, New York 10281.
