KEra Laneigh Teel

Kera Laneigh Teel, 19, of Beaumont, died Tuesday, June 6, 2017.  She was born on March 10, 1998, in Beaumont, to Mindy Chambliss Morris and Justin Morris.

Survivors include her husband, Andrew Teel; daughter, Alaya Teel; parents, Mindy and Justin Morris of Vidor; grandparents, Charlene Chambliss and Randy Massey; and Mary and Tommy Brown, all of Vidor; great-grandparent, Bernice Goines of Vidor; brother, Britt Morris of Vidor; sister, Tarra Whisenant of Vidor; mother-in-law, Tammy Myers and her husband, Malcolm, of Silsbee; father-in-law, Mark Teel and his wife, Lisa, of Evadale; sisters-in-law, Candis Blythe and her husband, Travis; Jenna Myers; and Heather Myers, all of Silsbee; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.  She is preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles E. Goines and Larry Lewis Teague.

A gathering of Kera’s family and friends will be 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Thursday, June 8, 2017, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee.  Her funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, June 9, 2017, at Turning Point Church, 3600 North Main, Vidor, with her interment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park, Vidor.
