Suzanne Elizabeth Barrera
Suzanne Elizabeth Barrera, 73, of Beaumont, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, October 20, 2021. She was born on May 21, 1948, to Helen Pisha Ninness and Frederick Ninness, in Detroit, Michigan. Suzanne was employed with Christus St. Elizabeth for 30 years. She had many hobbies from scrapbooking to sewing to cooking. You name it, she did it. Suzanne loved her kids but loved her grandchildren more. Everyone knew about her grandchildren.
Survivors include her children, Rachel Dean and her husband, Barry, of Kountze and Roberto Barrera and his wife, Lee, of Texas City; grandchildren, Reagan Dean and Mason Dean, both of Kountze and Caleb Barrera of Texas City; and siblings, Druscilla Sammit of Walled Lake, Michigan and Charles Ninness of Livonia, Michigan.
She is preceded in death by her parents and ex-husband, Juan Barrera.
A memorial service for Ms. Barrera will be at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 30, 2021, at Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont. Her cremation arrangement will be handled through Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont.

Praying for your Family! Sue was such a sweet lady!!Anytime you needed anything she was right there to help. The smile she had was so infectious and she will be missed! She is gone to soon but never forgotten!
