Elisabeth Bell

Elisabeth Thor Bell, 90, of Nederland, died Tuesday, February 1, 2022. She was born December 15, 1931, in Salzberg, Austria. She has been a resident of Nederland since 1957. Elisabeth enjoyed knitting, and bird watching, especially humming birds.

Survivors include her sister-in-law, Margaret Waldrep; niece, Angela Walton Rountree; and great niece, Andrea LaFleur.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Phillip Bell; and nephew Brian Walton.

A gathering of Mrs. Bell’s family and friends will be 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., Saturday, February 5, 2022, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12^th Street, Nederland. Her interment will be at Memory Garden of Jefferson County, Nederland.
