Martha Frasher Proctor

September 18, 1960 - March 1, 2022

Martha Frasher Proctor, 61, of Beaumont, passed away Tuesday, March 1, 2022. She was born on September 18, 1960, in Beaumont, to Margaret Ann Daugherty Frasher and John Chester Frasher.

To Martha, family was everything. She would give the clothes off her back to make sure her family was taken care of. A piece of her belongs to Bolivar, where she spent many hours sharks tooth hunting and spending time with her family. With her wit, humor, and kind soul, Martha was truly one of a kind. Our Lord has called her home for a reason we are unsure of but, are at peace knowing she’s reunited with her father JC, her little brother Johnny and her best friend Trina.

Survivors include her children, Russell Proctor II and his wife, Khale, of Beaumont; Devon O’Connor and her husband, Rudolph, of Houston; and Erica Proctor of Beaumont; grandchildren, James Day, Russell Proctor III, and Bryson Talbot; mother, Margaret Frasher; and sisters, Susann Collins, Patricia Frasher, Catherine Hegemann, Mary Letscher, Maggy Carmony, Heloise Murdock, and Teresa Salyer.

She was preceded in death by her father, John Frasher; and brother, Johnny Frasher.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Texas EquuSearch: P.O. Box 395, Dickinson, Texas 77359.
