My heart goes out to the Neff family and all the RODEO family. We all lost a good friend. Tracy Lawrence made a song that best described Pat Neff. “You Find Out Who Your Friends Are”, I can assure you Pat was always there when my truck was stuck at the deer camp, when I needed a wrecker and was low on money, when my vehicle was broke or acting funny Pat always could fix any problem or advise me what to do. Pat had a great GOD given, inherited, talent to fix or build anything. I also had the privilege of meeting his dad Tommy Neff and his uncle Jay Neff. All the Neff family were my family and without a doubt, some of us have had the same experience.

Well Pat, I will do my best to Help Ryan. I can say You did a great job with him already. I will be there for him and check on him often. You and Alan hauling Ryan and Laramie around to TYBR ‘s was something I will never forget. I still see you sitting on that stool at Alan’s Memorial like it was yesterday. You, Tuff, and Alan are all together again. I will see y’all someday. Hug Alan for me. Miss you Man.

Pat was a High School friend and was always remembered as someone you could always count on. I do not think he ever met someone he did not like and would be willing to help them.

My condolences 🙏 to the Neff family.

Pat was just a consistently and genuinely kind hearted person in his youth. I have no doubt he was the same as man, husband, father, grandfather, uncle and more. My prayers for his sweet family. His classmates will miss him so much, as well.

    Todd Bynum says:

My sincere condolences and prayers to the family. I was a childhood neighbor just over our shared back fence before the Neffs moved away from the neighborhood. We had a lot of fun together with John and Pat. I still think of them often, because a have a scar to remind me of a minibike incident at their new house after the move. I believe it was David who took me in the wrecker for stitches, and I thought it was very cool. God’s speed to a better place, my old friend!

    Jesse Wright says:

Patrick Neff was a great friend to me. I met him in 1986 and we traveled to several rodeos together. I could always call him to see what could be wrong with my vehicle, that I might be having trouble with. He also allowed me to use his shop, if I could not do the work in my driveway. I do not believe we ever had a cross word with each other. He was my friend and I will miss him.

    Cindy Conway says:
