Jeff was one of my sons best friends. For a time he was at my house every weekend and every Saturday morning I would find a room full of sleeping boys wherever they could. I wish I had taken more photos but I will always have the memories. My heart hurts that we will not be able to see the man he would have grown to be I am so sorry for the loss his family must know now and pray for the peace that will come with time. He will never be forgotten. I pray that all of us who knew him will find comfort that he is at peace and watching over us now.

    Hannah Bossier says:

Jeff was a client of mine for about a year. I always enjoyed cutting his hair and the conversations we would have together during every service. I’ll always remember him as always being himself, witty, polite and caring towards everyone in the room. He truly will be missed.

Kay Block-Bourghs aka "Mrs. Kay" says:

Jeffrey was a kind, thoughtful, patient, & caring young guy. I only ever met him face-to-face once. We followed each other on Instagram. We messaged each other often, & spoke on the phone twice. We both loved “Our PN-G Indians”. Our last contact was messaging with each other on Jeffrey’s birthday. He had a maturity about him, not always found in someone so young. I would tell him, as I’ve told other young people; I’m here if they ever need a backup grandparent. I already miss him. My sympathy & prayers to all of his family & friends. 💙🙏

My deepest condolences to Jeff’s family. Jeffery was my distant cousin whom I grew up with for a short time. He was always so funny, loved anything and everything, always made sure others never felt left out, the list could go on about Jeffery and his kind heart. We grew apart as we got older, and seeing this memorial of him has really saddened me. He was so full of life and had the best smile! My shared sadness is with the family in remembering Jeff. I am so sorry for your loss.
