Fred excepted Christ at an early age. Those who knew who knew him, knew him as a loving, caring, and funny friend. He made everyone who came in contact with him laugh.

Fred leaves to cherish his memory are Donald and Phyllis and a host of friends, nieces, and nephews in Waukegan, Illinois, and Beaumont, Texas; and special friends, Dawn and Beverly and their families.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Charlotte and Wilkin Louis; brother, Joseph Louis; and two nephews.

His cremation arrangements were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.

Psalm 23
The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.
He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me.
Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.
Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

John 3:16
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

Psalm 16:1
Preserve me, O God: for in thee do I put my trust.
