Linda Jane Chester
Linda Jane Chester, 72, of Beaumont died Tuesday, March 12, 2024. She was born on September 20, 1951, in Sour Lake to Mary Jane Thibodeaux and Leroy Minton. Linda was a homemaker. She enjoyed playing games of 42 Dominoes and watching movies. Most of all Linda loved being with her family.
Survivors include her children, Sean Chester; Brian Chester of Beaumont; Christina Brown and her husband, Donnie, of Lumberton; and Tina Richey and her husband, Chris, of Cheek; grandchildren, Karysa Rainwater and her husband, Taylor; Briana White and her husband, Brandon; Brandon Chester; Shelby Chester; Mary Brown; Michael Brown; Kimberleigh Chester; and Sean Chester; great-grandchildren, CarLee White; Emaleigh Rainwater; Easton White; Madilyn Rainwater; Kennedy Rainwater; and Audrey Rainwater; brother, Roy Minton and his wife, Pam, of Cheek; and sister-in-law, Nancy Johnston and her husband, John, of San Antonio.
Linda is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Michael Chester; and son, David Chester.

Cremation arrangements for Mrs. Chester were handled through Broussard’s Crematorium under the direction of Broussard’s, 1605 North Major Drive, Beaumont.
Cristina and family, we all go back many years with your Mom and you kids! Her and My Mom were so close and we are forever grateful for all she did for as a friend and taxi cab. lol. We will always remember the bowling trips with her and all the fun we had getting there. I’m sure her and Mom are having a ball remembering all of it. She was such a good person and a blessing as neighbor and friend!
