Anna Ruth Baker, 81, of Silsbee, died Sunday, April 7, 2024. She was born on January 27, 1943, in Franklin, Louisiana, to Pearl Casey Idlett and John Idlett.
Survivors include her children, Larry Gilstrap of Silsbee; Sandra Coburn and her husband, Jessie, of Livingston; Lavonne Mullins and her husband, Forrest, of New Caney; and Timey Cole of Rye; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Pearl and John Idlett, and her husband, William Baker.
A gathering of Mrs. Baker’s family and friends will be 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Friday, April 12, 2024, at Broussard’s, 490 Cemetery Road, Silsbee. Her graveside service will follow at 1:00 p.m. at Hardin Memorial Park, Silsbee.
