We were Rosalie’s neighbors. Such a sad loss. Rosalie sat on her porch and waved at everyone who passed by. We spoke as we walked around the neighborhood. She was always do sweet and kind. We were shocked to see her door wreath and chair gone and no Rosalie. She will be missed. Condolences to her family and friends.
