Fredrick Parsons

Fredrick Leroy Parsons, 76, of Kountze, died Monday, December 18, 2017. He was born on February 11, 1941, in Leesville, Louisiana, to Helen Grace Goodwin and Leroy Lashures Parsons.

Survivors include his children, Cliffton Parsons and his wife, Becky, of Silsbee; Leslie Parsons and his wife, Theresa; Jason Parsons and his wife, Chasity, both of Kountze; and Honey Herrin and her husband, Chester, of Kirbyville; grandchildren, Colton Yount, Logan Parsons, Blake Parsons, Cooper Parsons, Jake Parsons, Piper Parsons, Cody Parsons, Anthony Simental, Crystal Romero, Amber Parsons, Madison Parsons, and Billy Wayne Eakes, Tristlyn Herrin, Carlton Tucker, and Ashlyn Tucker; and siblings, George Parsons and his wife, Marylyn, of Fannett and Debbie Choate and her husband, Charles, of Lumberton; eleven great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.

Fredrick is preceded in death by his parents; his grandson, Cory Simental; and Brother, Jimmy Parsons.

A gathering of Mr. Parsons’ family and friends will be from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, December 21, 2017, at Broussard’s, 530 West Monroe, Kountze. His committal was held at Broussard’s Crematorium, Beaumont, under the direction of, 530 West Monroe, Kountze.
