Lawrence Westhoven

Lawrence “Larry” Emerson Westhoven, 77, of Village Mills, died Thursday, May 31, 2018, at Baptist Hospitals of Southeast Texas, Beaumont. He was born on September 14, 1940, in Toledo, Ohio, to Eileen Ash and Richard Westhoven. Lawrence retired as a salesman for Taylor Surgical Supplies.

Survivors include his wife of fifty-one years, Sandra Elizabeth Coss; children, Randall Westhoven and his wife, Karen, of Michigan; Tammy Neumann and her husband, Brian; and Scott Westhoven and his wife, Stella, all of Wildwood; brothers, Billy Stebleton and Lynn Westhoven; sister, Wendy Westhoven; and grandchildren, Carrie, Andrea, Kimberly, Conner, and Vaughn; numerous nieces and nephews; and great-nieces and nephews.

Larry is preceded in death by his parents; step-mother, Rosemary Westhoven; brothers, Thomas Westhoven and Michael Stebleton; and sister, Barbara Stebleton.

A gathering of Mr. Westhoven’s family and friends will begin at 3:00 p.m., with his funeral service to follow at 5:00 p.m., Tuesday, June 5, 2018, at Wildwood-Village Mills United Methodist Church, 5943 FM 3063, Village Mills. His interment will follow at Village Mills Cemetery, Village Mills, under the direction of Broussard’s, 530 West Monroe, Kountze.
