Its never too late to remember AC, and suddenly
I went into the computer and found this means
to say a few words about him. He was a true friend to Rufus and me from our early days at church in Vidor and onward. His was always a smiling face and what he had to say was worthy of a listen. What a blessing it has been to have had AC and his wife Mary in our lives.

Plug was an amazing man, who, with his wife, Mary, served the Lord in prison ministry for many years. We were privileged to meet them at Deweyville First Baptist Church while doing a volunteer project there in 2009. We were so impressed with them both and have kept in touch over the years. He has surely heard, "Well done, my good and faithful servant" from his Lord and Savior!

I was so sorry to hear of Mr. Weitzel's passing. He was always such a sweet man! I have wonderful memories of spending time with him and the family. I am sure he will be greatly missed, but I know that he was welcomed into his eternal home by the Father and his Son. I will pray for comfort and peace for you all!

I will so miss my "little buddy.' That was my nickname for him. He was one of the kindest sweetest man I have ever met. You will never find truer Christians than AC and Mary Weitzel. Prayers of peace ad comfort for the Weitzel family.

Plug will be remembered well for a long time. He was a friend to many and loved by everyone. We had the pleasure of working Kairos Prison Ministry with Plug and he was loved by the inmates that he ministered to. They loved to see him dance and would request that he dance. Some called him "grandpa" and looked forward to visiting with him. He was truly a servant for Jesus. Those that love the Lord never see each other for the last time - looking forward to seeing you again my friend. Dance on those streets of gold for us.
