Alex Foreman

Alex Junior (A.J.) Foreman, 90, of Nederland, died Wednesday, December 25, 2019. He was born on June 18, 1929, in Crowley, Louisiana, to Alice Landry Foreman and Alex Allen Foreman. A.J. retired from Gulf Oil as a machinist after many years, and he was an avid golfer, but most of all he loved his family.

Survivors include his wife, Audrey Marie Foreman; daughters, Terry Schroeder and her husband, Don, of Spring; Kay White and her husband, Greg, of Nederland; Alexa Roork and her husband, David, of Sour Lake; Diana Alvis and her husband, Randy, of Vidor; and Darlie Molina and her husband, David, of Fannett; nine grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents; grandson, David Foreman Molina; and brothers, Eugene Foreman and Richard Foreman.

A gathering of Mr. Foreman’s family and friends will begin at 12:00 p.m., with his funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, December 29, 2019, at Broussard’s, 505 North 12th Street, Nederland. His interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, Groves.
